Edith has over 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, over five of which have been spent at Quantum Global. She has held senior positions in Wealth Management companies, including Deutsche Bank and KPMG.

Furthermore, with a third of our workforce being drawn from African countries, we continue to be close to the latest developments on the continent and have the advantage of constantly learning from each other.
Our workforce is currently drawn from 32 nationalities, 30% of our employees are African or of African roots, and nearly thirty of them are based in Mauritius – the hub to our private equity vehicles and African investment homebase.
Over the almost five years of which I have been a part of the Quantum Global group, we have grown significantly and have expanded our footprint across swathes of the African continent. As we do so and open offices in new markets, we look to continue bringing in fresh talent while retaining the great talent within the business today.

We provide all employees with an annual review, where they can quietly and thoroughly discuss their performance over the past year, their goals for the year to come, and their interests in general.
